Namu Farm grows Asian crops using Korean natural farming practices, by hand using no mechanization. They partner with Namu Gaji restaurant in San Francisco, and act as the trial farm for Kitazawa Seed Company. Last year they launched the Second Generation Seed Line with Kitazawa, focusing on heirloom Asian vegetables and their accompanying stories.
