SAGE’s effectiveness and reach depend on the involvement of donors, interns, and volunteers. Now that we are settled in a wonderful, permanent home at the Brower Center, we are focusing on creating more opportunities to engage with our work.

Volunteers

We welcome volunteers for our monthly Sunol work parties. Many work day activities are focused on enhancement of our habitat area, and include planting, weeding, and path maintenance. In the coming year, we also hope to start a docent program to complement our school field trip program. Volunteer opportunities in the office include helping with mailings and at special events.

Interns

SAGE is delighted to welcome interns for the summer, for the school year, and for short term projects. Our current interns are involved in projects such as website updates, cataloging our digital images, research, farmer interviews, and revamping our funder database.

Donors

We deeply appreciate all our donors - the people who have made donations for years, the people who give very generously, the contributions from corporations, and those who are inspired to give donations for specific projects. We also appreciate in-kind donations. Please see our wish list.
